Is reactive integration of Instagram Music in our effect allowed in IG Reels.

So the thing is i m trying to make a filter which takes IG music and make reactive changes in my effect. But recently I saw a Facebook post from Spark AR Creators that Reels wouldn't support any reactive IG music integration.So i m confused and need more clarity.
Can i implement it for reels?
