Spark AR denied my effect twice - I have no clue as to why.

I don't know if any FB representative peruses these posts, but on the off chance, I'd love to hear some advice (effect ID 792347604907227).

I submitted my effect about 10 days ago. It was denied with a 1-liner of "The effect contains text that's not integrated into the scene of the effect. (Policy 2.4.a)". I tried for a long time to understand what this meant because I have exactly 0 text objects / text anything in my spark AR project. My effect never displays text. Ever. Never.

I resubmitted using the 'contest' or 'dispute' button and I wrote a detailed summary about my issue, my interpretation of 2.4.a and a plead to the effect of 'please let me know by another means if what I'm stating is wrong, and exactly the issue you're having'. I figured someone just accidentally denied me. Today I was denied again, same exact 1-liner "The effect contains text that's not integrated into the scene of the effect. (Policy 2.4.a)" and nothing else. Welp I guess I'm done trying to submit this. What a bummer.

    Hey CN,

I'm sorry to hear that :( I pinged the Spark AR team to see if I can get you some support on that. You can also ask for tech help directly in their Spark-specific Facebook Group here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/SparkARcommunity/

I'll let you know what I find out!

    Hey CN,

Here are some common reasons that the Spark AR team mentioned:

Making Sure Your Effects Are Accepted
We’ve just published a new resource about the most common reasons why effects are not accepted to help you better understand our policies and resolve issues.

Effects are most commonly rejected because:
They don’t follow our rules on text.
    They contain too many logos.
Their demo videos weren’t recorded using the Instagram camera.
    They contain photographs of people.
    They promote potentially-dangerous cosmetic procedures.

See more details on these problems, how to avoid them, and examples: https://bit.ly/326swpA

Hope this info can help you!
    Best,
    Stef
